Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM for Lead Developer to join our team and lead the development and maintenance of our customer relationship management (CRM) system for lead management and conversion. As a CRM for Lead Developer at Mark Spain Real Estate, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our CRM platform to streamline lead generation, capture, tracking, and conversion processes. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and creativity to drive business growth and success in the dynamic real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, user needs, and CRM objectives.
- Design and develop custom CRM solutions and enhancements to meet the specific needs of our real estate business.
- Implement lead management workflows, automation rules, and lead scoring models to optimize lead conversion rates and sales productivity.
- Integrate CRM with other systems and tools such as websites, email marketing platforms, and transaction management systems for seamless data exchange and synchronization.
- Configure and customize CRM modules, fields, forms, reports, and dashboards to support sales and marketing operations.
- Perform system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the CRM platform.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role, with a strong background in CRM development and customization.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM, with expertise in customization, configuration, and integration.
- Experience with CRM development tools and languages such as Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Knowledge of lead management processes, sales methodologies, and real estate industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
