Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Snap Fitness. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually compelling and impactful designs that promote our brand, engage our members, and drive business growth. From marketing materials and promotional campaigns to digital content and social media graphics, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills while making a meaningful contribution to our mission of empowering people to lead healthier, happier lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create eye-catching designs for print and digital marketing materials, including posters, flyers, banners, brochures, signage, and advertisements.
  • Develop branded content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to increase engagement and enhance brand visibility.
  • Design compelling email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials to communicate key messages and promotions to our members and prospects.
  • Create visually stunning graphics and animations for our website, blog, and digital platforms to enhance user experience and drive traffic and engagement.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all design projects to ensure a cohesive and unified brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
